The platform provides a seamless shopping experience with options for bulk orders and private messaging between buyers and sellers.
You can create an account by clicking the “Register” button on the homepage. Enter your basic details such as email, and password, or sign up using your social media accounts and sign up using Google Accounts. Follow the steps to verify your email and get started.
If you forget your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link on the My Account page. Enter your registered email address, and we’ll send you instructions on how to reset your password.
Yes, you need an account to place orders, track shipments, and access your purchase history. However, you can browse our catalog without an account.
Aaksha.in offers a wide range of products across categories like fashion, electronics, home essentials, and more. Products are available for both retail and wholesale purchase, allowing you to buy in bulk directly from manufacturers and brand owners.
Orders & Payments FAQs
- Browse the product categories or use the search bar to find a product.
- Select the item, choose your preferences (size, color, etc.), and click “Add to Cart.”
- Once you’ve added all items to the cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and choose your payment method.
We accept the following payment methods:

Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please check the “My Orders” section for the status of your order.
No, As of now, we don’t allow you to modify your order. We will update you by notification, if we add that feature

Shipping & Delivery FAQs

At the moment, we only offer shipping within India. International shipping is not available.
You can change the delivery address before the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, you cannot change the address. Please ensure the correct address is entered at the time of placing the order.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with the details and images of the damaged item. We will initiate the return or replacement process immediately.
