The government fee is on the price tag.

Professional fee, GST and the statutory fee itemised separately — before you pay, without an account, on every single service.

Know where it is

Watch your filing move, stage by stage.

Not “in progress”. The actual stage, who owns it, and what it is waiting on — the same timeline you saw before you bought.

The part everyone else hides

Two different kinds of money.

Our fee is for the work. GST at 18% applies to it.

The government fee is not ours. We pass on exactly what the registry charged — no margin, no GST.

Why no GST on the government fee?

Because we are recovering a payment made on your behalf rather than selling you something. It is its own line on your invoice, with the receipt behind it.

Where a fee depends on something we do not know yet — paid-up capital, how many trademark classes — the card says so instead of quoting a range and correcting it after you have paid.

For example
Trademark registration, one class
Our professional fee
₹1,999.00
GST @ 18%
₹359.82
Government fee Individual / startup / MSME, per class
₹4,500.00
You pay
₹6,858.82

GST is charged on ₹1,999 — never on the ₹4,500. Taxing a government fee would be charging you tax on a tax.

Questions people actually ask

Is the price on the card really the whole price?

Yes, wherever the government fee is knowable in advance — and the card shows the three parts that make it up. Where the fee depends on something only you know, such as paid-up capital or how many trademark classes you are filing in, the card says “price on details” instead of guessing. We will not take payment against an estimate.

Do I need an account to see prices?

No. Browsing, pricing and filling a cart all work signed out. You are asked to sign in only when you place the order, and by then you have already seen the full figure.

What happens if I miss a deadline?

Your calendar shows the late fee accruing as a real number, not a warning. LLP Form 11, for instance, runs at ₹100 per day with no upper limit — so the difference between noticing today and noticing next month is visible before it is expensive.

Who actually does the work?

One named owner per job, whose name is on the order. Filings that need a professional sign-off are reviewed by someone who cannot also have filed them — the separation is enforced by the system, not by good intentions.

Can I get my documents out?

Every document in the vault is downloadable by you at any time, in the format it was uploaded. You can also send one out by a link that expires and stops working after a set number of opens.

Do you refund?

The professional fee is refundable until work starts on your filing. A government fee already paid to a registry cannot be recovered by anyone — we will show you exactly what was paid and when.

Start with the number, not a phone call.

Add your GST number and we will show only the filings that apply to your entity — each with the exact fee.
