The government fee is not ours. We pass on exactly what the registry charged — no margin, no GST.
Because we are recovering a payment made on your behalf rather than selling you something. It is its own line on your invoice, with the receipt behind it.
Where a fee depends on something we do not know yet — paid-up capital, how many trademark classes — the card says so instead of quoting a range and correcting it after you have paid.
GST is charged on ₹1,999 — never on the ₹4,500. Taxing a government fee would be charging you tax on a tax.

Yes, wherever the government fee is knowable in advance — and the card shows the three parts that make it up. No. Browsing, pricing and filling a cart all work signed out. You are asked to sign in only when you place the order, and by then you have already seen the full figure.
Your calendar shows the late fee accruing as a real number, not a warning. LLP Form 11, for instance, runs at ₹100 per day with no upper limit — so the difference between noticing today and noticing next month is visible before it is expensive.

Every document in the vault is downloadable by you at any time, in the format it was uploaded. You can also send one out by a link that expires and stops working after a set number of opens.
The professional fee is refundable until work starts on your filing. A government fee already paid to a registry cannot be recovered by anyone — we will show you exactly what was paid and when.
Add your GST number and we will show only the filings that apply to your entity — each with the exact fee.
